Then guessed that QSync hides all the files within a user's home directory => /share/homes/username/.Qsync/* Knowing that, solving this was simple. Anyways, I stared at that /share/Qsync folder with its useless Notice.txt for a while.

I'm not entirely sure what you're still going off about - as if knowing the name of my folder was "Work" is going to solve the problem, or that I use both Windows 7 or OSX 10.9. I'm trying to help, but with nothing except vague ficticious information provided, I can't help. Still no "real" path information provided for your " specific folder". There's some sharing options in the QSync app for sharing with 'the team', but this folder belongs to the QSync owner and isn't accessible. It doesn't show up under Shared Folders for us to modify ACL. Perhaps if you provided "real" information we could provide some troubleshooting commands for you.
